THE TEAMS
Someone had to kick start the sport in Cardiff, so please meet the people brave enough to try, as the league
progresses we will provide a team page for them to explain themselves.
EVERSHED EAGLES:
There used to be a league in Cardiff, and they used to play in it!
GELDARDS
GIANTS:
But you can call them Edwards teams.
PONTCANNA PIRATES:
The working title of the WSA team, it contains a Welsh Softball International, which is surprising, as I didn't
know Wales had a national softball team.
MC HAMMERS (MORGAN & COLE:)
That's two of the players named then! Need another eight players to make a full squad.
CARDIFF CUBS:
A funny thing happened on the way to the forum they had to set up their own team.
MANNY'S MARAUDERS:
A mesh of youth (lots of them) and experience, just call him Dave.
THE UNCIVIL SERPENTS:
The team from Visit Wales, last to join the league but first to have a uniform.
In 2007, we are looking for another seven teams to play on a Wednesday night at Pontcanna Fields.
For newcomers its mainly about this....
The summer of 2006 is all about getting to first base!
